Abstract management or call for papers is often a requirement for scientific or medical conferences. Our custom abstract management systems are tailored to your specific needs for a fixed price. We do not charge based on the number of abstracts or papers collected and abstracts can be uploaded as HTML forms, Word documents or PDF files.

Online judging or reviewing provides the real power of the system. Your reviewers may be located all over the world but through our system, they can log in and review the submitted abstracts that have been assigned to them. Your custom scoring system will be incorporated so it is unique to your requirements and understanding.

A full suite of online reporting is provided to support the administration of the abstract management system. Not only will the administrator be able to track the incoming abstracts but you can see all of the reviewer’s scores and determine who has not completed their scoring commitments.

When the scoring is completed, a summary can be obtained for final review and recommendation.
